All of our boxes are lovingly hand packed and come complete with shredded paper. (Please note the flowers are for display only and are not included).
Although we prepare each box upon receipt of order, on the rare occasions one of our items become out of stock we will always replace this with a similar, matching item that is just as beautiful and of the same or higher value.
All orders are despatched within 3 working days. Delivery time is 2-5 days (including weekends). If you require your order any faster let us know and we will do our best to help.
